ConnectX has raised SAR 2 million in pre-seed investment from Waleed Al Romaizan, on behalf of Alromaizan Group, to build the product and support Saudi operations. The investment backs the work of turning that ambition into connected, useful workflows for businesses and healthcare teams.
Beginning with the work people do every day
A customer needs an answer and a next step. A doctor needs to understand the patient while the record takes shape. A team needs to carry an unresolved task forward without losing the context of the conversation that created it.
These are the responsibilities around which we are building ConnectX. Our AI Voice Agents handle business calls, carry context across interactions and bring a supervisor into the conversation when a request needs human judgment. Our Clinical AI supports the consultation and the work that follows it, from documentation for clinician review to patient follow-up and billing preparation.
The connection matters. An agent's contribution should remain useful to the person or team that takes the next step.
Built with a clinical perspective
Professor Mohamed Fouda, a Saudi cardiac surgeon and ConnectX's Vice Chairman, brings a clinical perspective to this work. The question in a consultation is practical: how can technology help the doctor stay present while supporting the documentation and follow-through the encounter requires?
Medical Copilot develops the record from the live conversation and patient context, while the clinician remains responsible for review and clinical judgment. It is one expression of the broader belief behind ConnectX: technology should help people perform their work with more attention and better support.
